Online Contact Platform

Our online contact form is available Monday to Friday during core hours (8:00am–6:30pm) and is only accessible to patients registered with Walkley House & Stannington Medical Centres.

If you have a clinically urgent enquiry outside of these hours and it cannot wait until the next working day, please contact reception during opening hours or call NHS 111 for advice.

We aim to review all clinical enquiries on the same working day, though we may not always be able to respond immediately. Urgent enquiries will be prioritised, but in some cases, we may advise you to contact 111 or attend A&E if necessary.
