We no longer accept repeat prescription requests over the phone. We’re making this change to improve patient safety and make ordering quicker and easier.
You can order your repeat prescriptions at any time in the NHS App, without joining a telephone queue or waiting until we are open.
The NHS App displays all of your repeat medications and dosages, allowing you to select the ones you need. For more information and how to get started using the NHS App please click here. Download the NHS App: www.nhs.uk/nhs-app

Please note the following patients can continue to order over the phone – patients over 75 years old, patients with learning disabilities and palliative care patients. Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy within 48 working hours after we receive your request.
Please make sure you order in good time so you don’t run out of your medication.
If you have a repeat prescription, we may ask you to come in for a regular review.
