NEW PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP
We want to set up an email or post Patient Group through which patients can comment on our surgery and the service we provide and also through which the practice could ask for patient opinions on any potential changes we might be intending to make.
To involve as many patients as possible we thought we could do this by way of email or post group and if you are interested in being part of this group, please could you contact reception.
Your details will be kept safe and secure and will only be used for this purpose and not shared with anyone else.
SEASONAL FLU VACCINES
Seasonal Flu vaccines are now available for over 65's and for under
65's who fall into the following categories:
- Heart disease
- Kidney Disease
- Liver disease
- Diabetics People with a history of Stroke or Transient ischaemic
attack (TIA)
- People with a history of Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- People with a weak immune system - No spleen or splenic
dysfunction, HIV, Cancer
- People taking high dose Steroids, Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy
- Carers
