Your views will be treated in confidence and will be responded to within
one week. Our complaints procedure leaflet is displayed in the waiting
rooms and copies are available from the reception team or you can
download it by clicking on the links below.

The practice welcomes comments and suggestions. Please use the
suggestion boxes which are provided in the waiting rooms or if you
prefer discuss informally with the reception team who will pass on your
comments.
