Violent or Abusive Patients All members of staff, including GPs and nurses, have the right to work without threat to their safety or well-being. In line with NHS’s policy of zero tolerance, members of the public visiting the surgery who behave in a violent or abusive manner towards our staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Persistent behaviour of this type may result in
the patient being asked to leave the list. |
